Description
Chart dividers are designed for maximum organization within a file folder. They provide quick and easy referencing for access to pertinent information in an efficient manner and are a great time saver.
Features
These stock medical chart dividers include 50 sets of 8 divider sheets with pre-printed, 1/8th cut side tabs.
Each sheet is 8-1/2" x 11" with Mylar laminated tabs extending an additional 1/2" on the side.
These divider sheets are made out of a 90# manila stock and tabs are printed in black ink on both sides. Each sheet has five, Mylar reinforced, holes punched on the side and two holes punched on the top.
