Working in a nursing home, they are just what I needed. I wear a 7½ W US size and that's what I ordered.... perfect fit.Have been wearing shoes for nearly a week, still have some break-in time to go. Can wear for majority of the day with out my feet going numb. Hoping in the next week they'll be actually comfortable. Working on constantly wet floors the non-slip works really well. Not much arch support, lots of heal cushion.When compared to other size 8.5 shoes, this one was almost an inch shorter. I could not get my foot in. I returned them. The return process was smooth, no issues. I will stick with brands I know better in future.item is great . just comes a little small. I wear a 9 got a 91/2 could use a 10. but overall item is great.I'm really enjoying the shoe, It fits pretty well a little tight width wise but I am hoping it stretches some. The skid resistant is great no problems there.My feet don't hurt when I wear these shoes at work! So comfortable and I feel safe.They are a nice sneaker.
